Does it work if I only see cash clients?
Yes. Wholistic has separate cash and Medical Aid workflows, and each invoice follows the one that fits the client. Everything else — client context, notes, goals, insights, your website — works the same either way.
Which medical aids and codes does it support?
Wholistic includes a Medical Aid directory, ICD-10 codes and tariff codes built around South African private practice, along with claim tracking, resubmissions and billing reminders.
Can I work with couples?
